JP has +26 years of experience in investing, advising, and building world-class companies across the tech, agri-food and energy value chain. 

JP co-founded Pampa Capital, a pioneer PE specialist fund focusing on innovative companies revolutionizing nature-based value chains.

JP co-led Pampa to build, scale, and exit world-class companies from Latin America, such as Adeco Agro (NYSE: AGRO), Pla Group, Sursem, Geneze Sementes and Campo Austral.

JP raised +$500M from global investors and has been a director on the boards of various agri-food, energy and VC firms. Prior to Pampa, JP was a Vice President in Credit Suisse`s Technology Group in New York.

JP holds an MPA from Harvard University and is an economist and a lawyer specialized in financial law from Los Andes University in Colombia. In 2021 JP partnered with Juan to scale Xperiment across America.
