General Partner

Juan has over twenty five years of experience working with technology start-ups and established software companies. His experience spans leadership roles in management, consulting and enterprise software.

Juan served as CTO and co-founder of Cubika prior to its acquisition by GlobalLogic, where he grew the company to become a leader in IT services and product development in Argentina through a combination of deep technology knowledge and management. In 2012 he moved to Silicon Valley and became Globallogic Enterprise CTO. 

Today he is the founder and general partner at Xperiment helping out early stage startups to thrive. 

Outside of technology Juan loves to coach and play basketball.
